Our Bison Salami (6.5oz) is made of Bison and is wrapped in a beef casing (making it pork-free). From there the Bison Salami is fermented is aged in a dry room for two months. It is seasoned with Whisky, black peppercorn, and fresh garlic. Bison Salami is perfect to pair with a red or white Burgundy wine.
