This artisanal mild chorizo is made from Iberico pig,
an original breed from Spain. The meat is seasoned
with natural spices. It is a unique product of singular
juiciness and flavor. Upon slicing, the aroma creates
an anticipation of heightened flavors.
Beautifully presented in a skin pack. The slices are
very easy to separate, to present on a plate, and
impress all Iberico lovers.
CURED FOR 40 days using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World
Heritage.
INGREDIENTS
Pork meat, salt, pimenton, dextrin, dextrose,
garlic, oregano.
Storage - Keep in a cool and dry place, away from the sunlight.
Refrigerate after opening.
Serving recommendations - Fermin recommends placing the plastic enclosure under warm running water (38ºC/100ºF) for 8-10 seconds.
This will enhance the flavor and ease separation of the slices.
