This ham is the King of the Ibericos. Made
from a free-range, 100% Iberico pig. During
the Montanera season (from October through
February), this pig doubles its weight by eating
acorns and grass. Making it the finest and
most prestigious ham in the world.
Hand-carved style, beautifully presented in a
skin pack. The slices are very easy to
separate, to present on a plate, and impress all Iberico lovers.
CURED FOR 48 months using artisanal
methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural
Reserve declared a World Heritage.

Storage - Keep in a cool and dry place, away from the sunlight.
Refrigerate after opening.
Serving recommendations - Fermin recommends placing the plastic enclosure under warm running water (38ºC/100ºF) for 8-10 seconds.
This will enhance the flavor and ease separation of the slices.
